Enhancing Practical Skills for Audience-Centered Gukak Performance Planning
The 전통공연예술진흥재단, led by Chairman Bae Young-ho, announced it is 모집ing 참가자 for 'Gukak Trailblazer: Business Lab STEP 1' until August 27. This 기획 과정 is designed to identify and cultivate promising creators who can 기획 innovative 국악 공연. It aims to provide 국악 예술인 with hands-on 실무 경험 and 지식 in the 실무 aspects of 공연 제작, including 기획, 연출, 설계, and marketing, moving beyond just their 연주 역량.
The experiential workshop will be held over three 과정 sessions, from August 31 to September 14, every Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM, at the Yeinmaru Seminar Room within the National Gugak Center. The primary 목표 is to help 참가자 transform their unique ideas into attractive 공연 that actively draw 관객. Through this, TPAF seeks to pioneer new 국악 시장 and establish a sustainable foundation for 예술인 careers, thereby strengthening their 활동.
Workshop Curriculum with Expert Guidance
The workshop 과정 features a three-session curriculum, each with distinct 목표: exploring new 관점, 설계ing 관객 중심 공연, and pitching 기획안. Day 1 focuses on analyzing the current 국악 시장 현황 and 성공 cases from other genres, encouraging 참가자 to shift their mindset for innovative 국악 creation and 발전. On Day 2, 참가자 engage in 실무 exercises, re-evaluating 공연 from an 관객 관점 and developing their own unique 기획안. This reinforces their 역량.
The final Day 3 involves 참가자 forming teams of four to present their 공연 기획안, integrating the 지식 and 경험 gained throughout the workshop 과정. The 기획 활동 boasts a distinguished lineup of instructors, including 전문가 in 예술경영, experience design, and marketing communication. Son Hye-ri, former President of the Gyeonggi Arts Center and a visiting professor at Chugye University, will guide 참가자 in 관객 중심 공연 설계 and 발전 전략. Han Ji-yeon, Director of the Arts Business Division at the Seoul Cultural Foundation, will cover 예술교육 방법론 aimed at fostering 관객 참여 and engagement. Additionally, Kwon Hee-kyun, a marketing 전문가 with 실무 경험 at renowned brands like Cartier and BMW MINI, will impart new marketing 전략 and ticket 판매 expertise applicable to the 국악 시장. This is a 중점 for 강화ing 역량.
