This collaboration combines Bakers’ creative capabilities, honed through executing advertising campaigns for prominent domestic corporations, with Studio Saccharin’s distinctive visual direction, showcased in various K-Pop artist projects, including G-Dragon’s ‘POWER’ music video. Establishing a Next-Generation AI and VFX-Based Production System
Through this agreement, both companies will also collaborate in image processing and VFX (visual effects) utilizing AI technology. Specifically, they intend to combine Bakers’ top-tier domestic AI creative production technology with Studio Saccharin’s visual art direction. This aims to establish a next-generation content production system that simultaneously enhances production efficiency and quality.
Bakers has already completed its organization-wide AX (AI Transformation) and has proactively established and advanced its AI LAB system and production pipeline. This has secured a technological competitive edge in both production speed and completeness. This collaboration is expected to further develop into integrated creative competitiveness, extending into the realm of direction by combining this technological foundation with Studio Saccharin’s visual direction.

In this MOU, both companies have designated expanding into overseas markets as a key area of cooperation. They plan to jointly pursue global brand campaigns and projects by leveraging their respective global networks and infrastructure, including Bakers’ subsidiary, Bakers Vietnam Branch.
